I received an e-mail from someone who was getting a "Runtime Error 0" when trying to access the Preferences from the main program window.
Somehow, his preferences Settings file was corrupted. Simply deleting the file fixed the problem. The settings file is normally located here:
C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\PDF reDirect\Prefs_v2.ini
NOTE: You will need to substitute Username with the name of your Windows Account.
NOTE for PDF reDirect Pro users only: Deleting this file will also remove your registration license key, so make sure you have it handy so that you can re-register the next time you run PDF reDirect Professional.
NOTE for Windows 9x users only: The settings file will be located here: C:\Program Files\PDF reDirect\Prefs_v2.ini
