Simply deleting the file fixed the problem. The settings file is normally located here: C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\PDF reDirect\Prefs_v2.ini    NOTE: You will need to substitute Username with the name of your Windows Account.    NOTE for PDF reDirect Pro users only: Deleting this file will also remove your registration license key, so make sure you have it handy so that you can re-register the next time you run PDF reDirect Professional.    NOTE for Windows 9x users only: The settings file will be located here: C:\Program Files\PDF reDirect\Prefs_v2.ini
