After using PDF ReDirect v2 for many months now ... I suddenly am unable to get it to print.   All I get are blank sheets of paper ... and the preview screen is blank as well.    Happens on my laptop as well as my PC.

Anyone with ideas why this would be happening?

Hi,

Which version of PDF reDirect are you using? The version number is located above the "Save" button.

I'm going to guess that your preferences file is corrupted. Please delete the following file, and it should work fine from there on:

  • Windows XP
    • C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\PDF reDirect\Prefs_v2.ini
  • Windows Vista or Windows 7
    • C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\PDF reDirect\Prefs_v2.ini

    Please note:

  1. replace "USERNAME" with your own Windows login name.
  2. You will need to re-enter your license key information if you are using PDF reDirect Pro

I hope this helps. If the problem persists, please let me know, and I can investigate further. In particular, it might be useful to record an error log as shown below.

Version 2.5.0

I will try your "fix" in the morning when I'm not braindead from working on tax stuff Wacko  all day.    Thanks for the help!

Sounds good.

You should first upgrade to v2.5.2 to make sure that is not the problem. You can download v2.5.2 from [here].

Cheers!
