When printing to PDF reDirect V2, my document (originally created in word) appears to be missing the background, fill effects and colors.  Only the plain white background remains.  The coloring is crucial to my document.  How do I get reDirect to export the necessary fill?

Hi,

    Yes, the background should have been transferred to the PDF. However, Microsoft Word has a special printing option which is turned OFF by default. That option is labelled "Include Background colors and images".

    Select the "File" menu, then "Print". In the lower left corner, there is a button labelled "Options..." Click that. In the window that opens, make sure that the option to include background colors and images is selected (ie checked).

   That should fix the problem for you. If it does not, please let me know, and we will take it from there.
