Can you explain why the Batch_Printer_Is_Installed function would return false when PDF reDirect Pro is installed and registered?

I did check the Batch Printers setting and it didn't show any, so I added BatchPDF. Don't know if this is a clue, but adding BatchPDF didn't solve the problem.

Any suggestions?
