Hi Michel

Still lovin' this Application - especially the Batch Printer feature that let's me send all sorts of material to different virtual page sizes, quality settings etc.

I'm migrating to a new PC. Is there any handy way of exporting the many profiles I have already configured?

Maybe an export function? If not maybe you'll add this to your "wish list" for future releases

Or is there a specific background file that I can copy to my new machine?

Keep up the great work

Michael

Hi,

Actually, yes. Just copy your PDF redirect preferences folder (see below) to your new computer, and then install (or re-install) PDF redirect Pro, and all you old settings and Batch Printers will be recreated for you.

The folder you want to copy is located here:

Windows XP
C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\PDF reDirect

Windows Vista or Windows 7/8
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\PDF reDirect

Simply replace USERNAME with your Windows Account Name.

Cheers!

Michel
