Hello,
I have 2.1.12 installed on about 80 workstations and there is not a problem. I also have it installed on a terminal server running 2003. It has been ok. Every now and then users could'nt save but if they tries again it worked.
I have stopped stopped and restarted the print server and re-installed the app as well.
Now if they try to print anything to pdf they do not get the option to save the file.
I have set error logging up in preferences and sent you the file.
Cheers

Hi,
Thank you for sending the log as it jogged my memory. I have a bug in my software which causes PDF reDirect to stop functioning if the server has been up for more than 115 days or so.
Thankfully, I have fixed the bug, so the latest version (v2.2.5) does not have this problem, and I have noticed that you are running an older version (v2.1.12).
So, the two possible solutions are:
1. Restart the server (which is a temporary fix), or 2. Download and install the upgrade to v2.2.5 which is fairly quick and painless since the printer drivers do not need to be re-installed. You can download the upgrade [ http://www.exp-systems.com/PDFreDirect/Download/Upgd_PDFR_Pro_to_v22005.exe - here ].
I am sorry for the incovenience, but hopefully you will be up running in short order.
Cheers!
