Ver 2.5.2
When on the web, will only create 1 page of what is to be a multipage document. Does not do it on all sites, but will repeat if I go back.
Have restarted PDF redirect pro, no change.
Have selected page count, 1-3, no change.
Have selected multi lines of more than 1 page, no change.
Couldn't find it in other posts, guessing I'm the only one.
What am I missing?
Thanks
jeff

Hi,

Which browser are you using? Can you provide a link to a site that exhibits the problem?

I have found that if IE does print very well, then Firefox might work better (and vice versa).  In Firefox, you could try to highlight the text you are trying to print, and try to print the "selection".

   I hope this helps,

   Kindest regards,

Hi Michel,
Quick Reply
Using firefox  3.6.22, supposedly the latest, for the 3's, tried the 4's & 5's, don't like. anyway.........
the page in question is.............
http://sylvaniaautomotivecatalog.wbdev.com/ProductIdentifierD.aspx?mbid=1&MainBatchName=Miniature%20Incandscent%20Lamps
Thanks for the suggestion for IE,  Won't usually use it, but vers. 6.0.2900
and it comes up even odder.  Makes 4 pages, 1 blank, 3 odd, others ok.
and about the highlighting, Noted that in the post.
I even changed the Redirect 'page setup' to Legal size. Just adds content to fill the 14", but no 2nd page.
Thanks
Jeff

Hi Jeff,

I gave it a try using the sample page you gave, and by choosing to print to use "Print Selection", I was able to get all 3 pages to print using Firefox 3.6.22 (same as you).

It also worked for me using Internet Explorer v9.

Sorry, unfortunately, it works for me, or with a suitable workaround.

Do you have a 2nd computer you can try from as well?

   Cheers!

Hi Michel,
Now have tried it on another computer, better, but still not normal.
I was able to highlight and get all pages, but still the 'print all ' only did one page. It is a Dell 3ghz, xp pro, firefox 3.22,, all the same specs.
Maybe someone will see this and has found an answer.
thanks for your help.
jeff

Hi Jeff,

   Yes indeed.

From the problem computer, try printing to a "physical" (laser) printer. Does that print OK? If you have the same problem, at least we will now that it is a browser or a web site problem, and not a problem with PDF reDirect problem.

   Cheers!

Michel

Michel,
I have now played with both browsers. as you suggested, FF & IE, printing to a laser printer and also using the preview item to confirm printing output.
Neither browser will render the pages correct and both are different to each other. Can only imagine what playing with additional browsers may render and now believe it must be a site/programing oddity on the site's part.
It again shows me that PDF redirect is a superior program for making PDF's.

Thanks for all you help.

Jeff
