Is it possible to limit the size of the cache in AppData\PDF Redirect\Temp\Thumbnails?

Hi,

   Sure! Just go into the Preferences >> Cache Size and choose from 0 (this will turn off the preview), 50MB, 200MB or 500MB. Default is 50MB.
