EXP Systems Forum: Lotus 123 problem

   I still prefer Lotus 123 and WordPerfect to Excel and Word.  PDF reDirect does not always properly handle 123 output.  It often truncates whole columns of data.  Sometimes it is the left side of the information.  Sometimes it is the right side.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to correct this?

	Hi, I am sorry to hear of the problem. Have you tried printing to a real laser printer? DO you get the same problem, or does it print OK for that? If you find that the same problem occurs, then I would look at the settings in Lotus 123 and Wordperfect, particularly to make sure that the paper size settings match those of the PDF reDirect printer. If they are not the same, then you can get the symptoms that you described. Hopefully that will fix the problem for you. If not, let me know, and we'll take it from there. Best regards,
