Thanks for what has always been a great product (with a hiccup at the moment)!
This morning when I hit the 'Save' button I got a VBA error:

Sorry-An Error occurred in frmMain usb-SaveClick
1. 00076 - Path not found
2. OK

When I press the 'OK' button the dialog box closes without saving the PDF.
I rebooted and uninstalled/reinstalled the current 2.52 version, and the same thing occurred.  The app has been working fine for over a year.
Dell Latitude D830, Win 7 Ultimate x86, 4GB RAM, plenty of HDD space, no new software.  Cleared out Temp cache manually.
I can workaround by opening the thumbnail in Reader and saving, but that's a kludge.
Thanks for the help!

Hi,

I think I have a fix. Please try the following:

   1. Look for the folder called: "C:\ProgramData\PDF reDirect".
   2. Does that folder exist? If not, create it manually.
   3. If it does exist, then delete it, and then create a new one.

Please let me know how you make out as I am still troubleshooting this occasional issue.

    I hope this helps.

    Cheers!

Hi,

Also, PDF reDirect cannot save to the root folder of the "Libraries/Documents" folder. This is a new feature of Windows 7 and is a virtual folder that points to another location. Please select a sub-folder, and it will work fine.

I have fixed this in the new version which will be out in a couple of months.

   Cheers!

Michel
