I am using PDFreDirect with Autocad and all my PDFs are being output rotated 90 degrees (portrait). I need them to be landscape. If I change this setting inside Autocad my PDF only shows half of my plot with a large blank space above. I guess I need a paper size that is 36x24 instead of 24x36. If anyone knows how I can fix this I would be forever gratefull.
What I'm trying to get is to be able to view the PDF without having to rotate when I open it in a PDF viewer.
THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP!!!
Also I should let you know I'm using MS Vista

Hi,

Indeed, what you could do is to create a custom paper size which is pre-rotated as you suggested. Windows has a feature which allows you to do that fairly easily. I have a post on my forum [here] that gives all the details.

I hope that works for you. Let me know if it does not, and I can help you troubleshoot further.

    Cheers!

Thanks,
I had trouble finding the server properties. I had to go to the control panel / printers / and right click on the printer to get a pop up menu that had "server properties" on it. I was then able to add my custom paper size and all worked well from there.

Thanks,

Excellent! Thanks  for the update. Yes, the "Server properties" is not obvious: I am glad to hear that you found it eventually.
