Hi there,

I am wondering if anyone has any solution of how to maintain active hyperlinks when converting documents, websites etc. with reDirect. I need these links to be active when converting but somehow links from original document are "dead" in the final PDF document.

Please help Cry

Hi,

Even using Adobe's expensive Acrobat gives the same result. The reason is simple: the hyperlink information is not sent to the printer. The only options would be to manually add hyperlinks to the PDF after the fact - which is not practical.

However, there is a web site called http://www.htm2pdf.co.uk - http://www.htm2pdf.co.uk which offers this service as a web site. You tell them which web page you want converted, and it creates a PDF for you you can download, with the links. It seems to work quite well.

   I hope this helps!

Michel
