I recently updated to the newest version.   When I attempt to merge pdf files I now get an error message - This action cannot be completed because the other application is busy.  Choose "switch to" to activate the busy application and correct the problem.

When I click on the "switch to" button in the error box the message will disapear for a second and the message will pop back up.   PDF redirect will not respond.  I have to use the task manager to close the program.   I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program and still get the message.
 
As anyone else had this program.   I use Windows XP Pro as my OS.

Hi Adean,

   It's possible that one of the program files did not get upgraded properly because it was busy, and did not allow the installer to update it.

   I would recommend the following.

1. Reboot the computer, and then
2. Download and Run the full installer

   Hopefully this will fix the problem.
