Love your program, first of all! Been using the basic version after the Pro tryout period (didn't really need the extra stuff) fine for the last few months. However, all of a sudden, I'm trying to print out stuff direct to it, and nothing is happening. The EXP shows up, but the document itself is not being processed.

Weird. A couple of things you can do are:
1. Upgrade to the latest v2.2.5 (in case you have an older version). I can remember that there is an old version that will cease to work after the 90 days trial period even in the Freeware version. This was a bug which has since been fixed.
2. Re-run the installation program (no need to remove the program before hand) so that any files of links that have been corrupted get fixed.
3. If #2 fails, then do the full remove, reboot, and re-install.
If all the above does not work, let me know, and we'll take it from there.
