Getting this error when trying to install to Windows Server 2003. Logged on as Administrator. Using version 2.10.10b

Sorry. Installation of the PDF reDirect Port Monitor failed.

Error Number 193

You may not have access priviledges to install/remove printers.
Contact your computer administrator for help.

Installation will now quit.

Hi there,

   Oops: I made a small error in the code that detects Windows XP64, and my code attempted to install the 64bit Port Monitor library instead of the 32bit one. I fixed the error, and upgraded the program to version 2.1.12.

   Please use the following downloads which has the fix (I tested them here on my Windows Server 2003 test machine).

Freeware v2.1.12 - Click [ http://www.exp-systems.com/PDFreDirect/Download/Install_PDFR_v21012.exe - here ].

Professional v2.1.12 - Click [ http://www.exp-systems.com/PDFreDirect/Download/Install_PDFR_Pro_v21012.exe - here ].
