Replies: Posted By: Michel_K17 Date Posted: 06 Jun 06 at 11:19PM Hi,    If the items in the Merge List are existing PDF files that were dragged from the "Files" list, then yes, you can remove them by selecting them, and clicking the "remove" button which has a small minus sign: "[-]".    Later, you can add the files back in the Merge list if you need to.    Is that what you were thinking of?
