Hi,

If I print a document from MS Word and hit Cancel button in the MS Word dialogue "Printing page x out of y...", then I receive "-100 error" dialogue from PDF reDirect.

Is it an expected behaviour?

Andrew.

Forgot to mention that I used a batch printer to print the document.

Helllo,

Yes, I am not surprised. The -100 is a very general error that results when the program was unable to properly create the PDF. I n what you are describing, the sequence of events is as follows:

   1. User cancels printing,
   2. Printer driver stop writing the Printer Postscript output file, and shutsdown.
   3. PDF reDirect which processes the printer file tries to process the incomplete output file, but fails and gives an error message.

I'll take a look to see if I can re-act more appropriately in a future version, assuming I can figure out the difference between a user cancellation and a genuinely bad file.

   Cheers!

Michel
