EXP Systems Forum: Wont start up

   I used to be able to print from my application and pick pdf -redirect and it would start automatically. Now, It won't start. I have to go to the menu and start pdf-redirect and it takes quite a while before it even starts up. Should I just reinstall?

	I have uninstalled the product, restarted computer, and reinstalled pdf-redirect and when I try and print to it, it still won't start. I have to go to the start menu and start it through there and it still takes a long time to start up where you think it isn't going to start. I am on windows 7 if that makes a difference. Please help. Brian

	Hi, It sounds like your preferences file is corrupted. All you need to do is to delete the following file here: C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\PDF reDirect\Prefs_v2.ini This should fix the problem. Best regards,
