Would there be any reason why we have PDFs that are set at 1200 DPi, and until we set the Output in PDF Redirect Pro on these combined PDFs to 600, we could not encrypt these files?

Hi,

   No, I am not sure why. I tested 1200 dpi here and it encrypted fine. Was the file create using PDF reDirect? Or was it a file that came from some other source.

   What I will say is that using 1200 dpi can use more memory, and perhaps that's what happened, especially if your PDF has a lot of pictures.

   How big is your file?
