Hi Everyone,

I need to compare a data between excel and pdf. I want to automate the entire process

Currently i am trying to convert the pdf in text and read from it in excel.

Is there any other way to do it?

Hi,

That's the way I would do it. There are some PDF-to-Excel converters out there, but my experience is that they do not work very well. The best one I have found is the one from Nuance called PDF Converter. It's available [ http://www.nuance.com/imaging/pdfconverter/pdfconverter-professional.asp - here ].

Please use their trial version 1st. In my testing, even though theirs was the best, there were still some conversion issues, so you might want to make sure it works for you. And no, I am not affiliated with them in any way.

   Cheers!
