I'm getting an error when I try to add a Password.

This feature has worked for several years without trouble. The only difference I can now detect is that my latest document contains Digital Signatures.

PDF RedirectPro still facilitates adding passwords for documents that dont contain digital signatures.

Any idea about how to resolve? (I'm happy to disable digital signatures but don't know how)

M.

I've managed a simple workaround.

Using a virtual printer, I've "printed" the pdf that contained the Digital Signature and assigned a new name. This creates a flat pdf file that loses the signature attributes (and just leaves an identifying unique ID.)

I can open the new file in PDF ReDirectPro and assign a password in the usual way.
