Hello,
I am a fan of your software and would like to make it available on a CD I am putting together with some other utilities and shareware/freeware used by my industry - The Music Industry.
If you could email me permission to do that, it would be great.
Processes involved?
Affiliate Program?

Sure, you have my permission. I will send you the e-mail as you requested. The only thing I request is an estimate of the total number of CDs that will be published.
Not sure why the e-mail did not work, but I will look into it.
