Hello,
I have just upgraded to 2.2.5.
Since then, the FTP connection I used to use does not work anymore.
Message: "sorry, could not connect to ftp folder"
Any ideas why would this happen? I am using windows xp.
Thank you

Hi,

Sorry about that: you are correct: I accidentally introduced a bug in PDF reDirect Pro.

I have fixed the problem. Please download the following file [here] and unzip it to C:\Program Files\PDF reDirect

This should fix the problem for you. By the way the fix is already incorporated in the next version (v2.2.6) which has a number of other improvements as well. The version I am sending you is still v2.2.5 with just the FTP fix, so there should not be any other unexpected changes.

    Cheers!

Hello Michel,
I have done what you suggested, but now:
- A simple pdf creation to the desktop shows preview progress up to half way through and sort of hangs there.
- If I try to save it without having the preview it says "PDF was not created properly"
- When I try to use the FTP option and click on connect the progress blue bar goes up to half way through and I get the hour glass.

I think I may as well wait for the next version, hopefully soon?
Thanks

Weird. It's working fine for me.

Try rebooting. If that does not fix, then I would suggest you re-install v2.2.5 (no need to remove the old one), then unzip (again) the file I gave here, and then try again.

If that fails... Remove the installation, then re-install v2.2.5. Hopefully that will get you running as it was before.

v2.2.6 is just a few weeks away, so it should not be much longer.

Cheers!
